A plethora of high-level speakers have packed the lineup for Analytics Unite!  
Taking place June 21-23 in at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, Analytics Unite: The Summit for Retail and Consumer Brands will convene the brightest minds in retail and consumer goods for three days of learning, networking, and fun. It kicks off with an opening keynote from Nicole Nelson of Best Buy, and the agenda is filling up with even more tech and analytics leaders.
In addition to speakers from Yum Brands, Kellogg’s, and Best Buy all joining to share insight under the theme of Accelerating Growth, Talent, and Innovation, Nandha Kumar, CIO Americas at Danone, will also serve as the event’s co-chair.

In order to tap into the power of customer loyalty, Cameron Davies will share insight on how Yum Brands leverages data and analytics for a clear view of their consumers. As chief data officer for the parent company to such brands as KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and The Habit Burger, Davies is responsible for leading the company’s data and analytics strategy and championing the development and adoption of advanced data capabilities.
The session, “Establishing Unwavering Loyalty: Identify the Data that Create Obsessed Consumers,” will explore the messaging, product placement, design, and delivery that retailers and CGs can use to quickly transform average consumers into brand evangelists.
Mohit Das is VP of global commercial analytics at Kellogg’s, one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world, and he will join Kumar on the “Recruit, Retain, Renew: Building a Connected Workforce” panel. Das has more than two decades of experience leading such CPGs as Procter & Gamble and Abbott Nutrition, and he’ll bring this deep experience to Analytics Unite to delve into today’s workforce challenges.
Finding, training, and retaining quality employees is a major obstacle for nearly all companies today, with the ramifications now extending to the consumer experience. The “Recruit, Retain, Renew: Building a Connected Workforce” panel will dig into the next-gen analytic skills retailers and consumer goods companies require from their tech teams — and how to recruit and cultivate these unique skills.
In addition to joining the “Recruit, Retain, Renew: Building a Connected Workforce” panel, which will dig into how retail and consumer goods companies can win the battle for in-demand analytic leaders, Nandha Kumar is also serving as the co-chair of Analytics Unite.
As CIO Americas at Danone, Kumar has more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, direct-to-consumer, go-to-market, retail and global operations. He’s spent his career working across business and IT functions, forging consensus with cross-functional stakeholders, and is a strategic thinker who focuses on enabling “responsiveness” in business models to drive top- and bottom-line growth through digital, automation, customer-consumer centric, and optimization capabilities.
